I love the challenge of identifying problems and then working towards a user focused solution. My favorite moments occur during divergent and convergent exercises where a group of people come together to focus on problem and begin to solve it together. With all of my projects, I follow a design thinking methodology and utilize an agile Lean UX process, which I find, gives me the opportunity for creativity and exploration to achieve the best possible outcomes.
